Return/Refund Policy

We understand that ordering an outfit for your special occasion is an important decision. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate this.
Order Cancellation
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled between 24 and 36 hours after payment confirmation will receive a partial refund, including the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cannot be canceled once 36 hours have passed since payment confirmation.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your clothing, you may do so within 48 hours after submitting your payment. To address measurement errors, please provide a video showing the product with a measurement tape while being worn, assisted by a professional seamstress.
Non-Eligible Exchanges
- Color mismatch due to the display settings of your computer monitor.
- Pattern variations, as Ethiopian products, especially patterns, are handmade and may differ slightly from images.
Shipping Responsibility
Goods will only be accepted for exchange if dispatched within 2 days of delivery. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping expenses.
